“Jonas’s home was absolutely lovely and just what my family needed to reset and recharge. It is in the most beautiful setting. The house was clean with ample supplies for our stay, fresh flowers, and cookies! We will definitely be back.”

“Located just 25min from Lancaster and about 20min from Bird in Hand, this property is a dream. You get to wake up to the clopping of the horse drawn buggies and go to bed with the singing of the bugs! You are right in Amish county proper. The house is clean and very well maintained, the grounds are well kept and it fells like a home away from home. The host has thought of everything from dish soap to bath soap and shampoos. AC works wonderfully and kitchen is spotless. Rooms are more than……

“Nature lovers who prefer the comforts of home and abundant country living: this is your spot. Dorothy and Elvin welcome guests with warmth, and Sasha the shepherd brings her joy and waggy tail for greetings whenever you return from the pristine countryside. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet or cozy haven while visiting for a wedding nearby.”

“Most wonderful home!! We loved the home, the stunning countryside location. Lots of sweet spaces. Everything was spotless and sparkling. Fully stocked kitchen along with outdoor grill for a win/win!! We cooked in, almost all meals for six days.Exactly as depicted in pics if not better! As a seasoned traveler and STR host, the remarkable love, care and attention to detail was super appreciated!”

“We had a great time staying here. The directions to find and access the place were easy to follow. The bedroom was very comfortable (nice and toasty despite the chilly weather) and the facilities were great. And what a special treat to find fresh-baked muffins upon arrival!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage gave our family plenty of room to relax and unwind, far more than we would have had in a hotel. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, and the host's communication was outstanding. The location is a little secluded, but that's part of its charm. The scenery is beautiful, and the peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway.”

“This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. Front porch also a good place to relax. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. Beds were all very comfortable (I’m picky) and the AC worked well.(I dislike being warm.) Allison……

“Anxious to stay there again!”

“The perfect respite away from the noisy world! I’m a bit of a diva and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. Beautiful! Secluded! Tranquil!”

“Always had street parking near the house. Very clean and host was very helpful. The area is very nice and close to a shopping center. Also the seasonings weren’t expired and there was a great selection.”

“There are so many bits and pieces of this property that we want to keep in our memories: *Our kind and sweet hosts. They are a large Mennonite family with a working farm. *Their animals on the farm - cows, goats, dogs, cats, birds, ducks, and occassionally rabbits.*Their corn day. I invited myself to join their corn harvest and they were very welcoming. The children were so delightful and kept me companied for the entire morning. *The fresh milk, the home-made bread, the butter, and the eggs……

“Our party of 4 really loved the property and location! We especially enjoyed the deck and beautiful and scenic backyard, complete with cows and a horse. My daughter fell in love with the cat that would visit. The home was very warmly and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we cooked our meals daily. They had an awesome washer/dryer set which we used often. The owner offered to bring by her puppies which was sweet, but we were out for the day. Some things we……

“Great place for 2 just outside the town of West Chester, would definitely stay again!”

“This cabin was over the top! Well appointed, comfortable and clean. We will be back”

“A nice place close to most of the local sights.”

“This was mine and my husbands first time staying in a yurt and Misty and the family really set the bar high for future adventures! The property was beautiful, they provided everything we could have needed and everything was clean and inviting! We would definitely do it again! Would love to come back in the fall sometime when all the leaves are turning!”

“We enjoyed our stay.”
