“This is by far the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my ENTIRE life. You are welcomed by warm, nice staff who look actually delighted to work there and wanting to ensure your stay is enjoyable. They go out of their way to help, give you recommendations, ask about your day / get to know you more, and do it all with a warm smile on their face! The place is STUNNING! Whoever designed the place did a fantastic job. The architecture, art, and style of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The rooms are……

“Everything about this stay was excellent, save one key thing: the beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable. Not something that could be addressed immediately by bothering the staff, but something we found ourselves lamenting throughout the days after sleeping on them. Literally everything else was a dream. ”

“Expedia is not updated for check in process. It is not Ganesh Hotel, it is village lodge. Regardless, we were redirected to the right place in village lodge and had the most amazing attentiveness and service by the owner, Caro, and our hostess, Luisa. Very beautiful beach loft in the middle of the jungle and 50 feet away from the most gorgeous secluded beach. Recommending this place to anyone who travels to Samaná. Not for people with disabilities or children.”

“Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.”

Séjour de 2 semaines en février 2026 Les plus - proximité de la plage Poppy - construction très récente - personnel gentil et pro actif Très bel Appartement moderne bien équipé, - les 2 piscines n’étaient pas trop occupées lors de notre séjour -stationnement facile si vous avez un véhicule - environnement sécurisé Les moins : - les épiceries sont assez éloignées du complexe (1/2 heure de marche) - le restaurant……
