"The resort itself and the beach are great. However, the customer service is only 2 out of 5. The staff needs to be more friendly and smile more. There are limited restaurant reservations, and we couldn’t even get to all the restaurants because we couldn’t find a reservation. They don’t even allow people to enter a restaurant without a reservation, even if it’s empty. Food at the buffet is below mid. Same food is repeated everyday with very low selection. The kids’ play zone is pay-to-play, with 7 tokens for $10. Most games require 2 tokens, which is inconvenient since it’s an all-inclusive family resort. The kids’ playground is closed at times when kids aren’t in the pool, so we couldn’t even let the kids play there. The check-in and check-out process is impersonal, with no smiles or questions about the stay or the experience. This makes you feel unwelcome."

"Facilities are fantastic. Beautiful views, plenty of places to get a drink, and plenty of places to swim and get some sun. Staff is absolutely horrible and not friendly at all. Room service arrive 30 minutes late one night, and never even showed up the next night. Staff is mostly rude and not welcoming at all. They will make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking them to do their jobs. "

"We stayed in the Privileged deluxe suite and we loved the room! It was very modern and up to date and just so clean!! We had a spacious balcony with our own hammock. We got a mini bar included with our stay and was refilled when we were out. We stayed stocked on all amenities and have no complaints!! The resort was beautiful, so clean, the entire place was just so well kept. They had cats roaming around but they were all beautiful and so healthy-looking, and friendly. The food was always so good, we were lucky to have gotten amazing food every night. Drinks too! We had heard horror stories about getting sick but throughout the entire 7days we never had so much as a tummy ache! We did use water bottles to brush out teeth but that was more so as an extra precaution. The beach on the property was also really nice and relaxing, and they have it blocked so the waves don’t come in as strong so I felt comfortable with my kid playing a little deeper (he’s 13). I would recommend to book excursions through them, as outside companies might not have the security clearance to pick you up from the lobby, so you might have to do the walk to the main front which is a good 10-12mins lol. But Overall we all agreed to come back next year for our vacation!!"

"Stevens was a great help to us while we were there assisting with any questions we had. We really liked the up beat pace of the resort but having the Sun club area where it was quieter as well but could still hear some music. Resort was very clean and food was good"

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful the only issue I had was getting dinner reservations at the steak house but I was accommodated, so it worked out. There’s a shuttle that takes you around to the other properties like the casino and waterpark beach club. Very nice hotel would highly recommend"

"The outside property and common areas were beautiful and well maintained. The room I stayed in was worn but I did notice they were updating the rooms while we were there. The food was overall good. There is some outdated information on websites versus what is actually open or available. There are only 3 a la cartes on the adult side and no dinner or lunch buffet. You can eat at 2 of the a la cartes for lunch with no reservations but you would have to go to the family side for buffet which was extremely busy with a wait in line at times. The beach was beautiful. The majority of the staff was good with a few that didn't really appear to want to be working there. Overall good and relaxing experience."
