“I had a rental car but the guard at the street entrance to the community refused to let me in when I first arrived. He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure. The hotel was aware I would have a rental car when I arrived. A card is also required to have the lights and AC on while in the unit. I was issued only one card and requested a second card for a guest of mine to remain in the unit while I……

“El aire de la habitación que nos tocó lamentablemente estaba dañado no enfriaba nada y goteaba. Gracias a Dios los chicos de la recepción después de revisar que en efecto no funcionaba y luego de darnos un ventilador para dormir con eso se apiadaron de nosotros y no cambiaron de habitación. ”

“Nous avions besoin d'un condo 2 chambres pour une nuit. Le site est très bien, propre, avec beaucoup de services à proximité ainsi que la plage. Le déjeuner compris est un plus qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le condo est par contre un peu défraichi, quoique très propre et calme. Pour une nuit, c'était parfait, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport, dans Bavaro.”

“The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the……

“The staff was helpful, friendly, and just overall incredible. Our room was great and even came with it's own small private pool! Speaking of pools, the pools, common areas, and facilities on the property were great. The all inclusive food and drinks were the only set back here- they just weren't very good. Thankfully, the restaurants on the marina made up for it. It's worth paying extra for the great food because every single restaurant was delicious!”

“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,……
