“Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.”

“It was clean snd safe, i would love to rate tge hotel higher becsuse the owners and staff were wonderful and patient with me and my lack of spanish. I did not have water in the sink and they began jackhammering and doing construction. Renovation side effect. Just bad timing for me. ”

“I had a rental car but the guard at the street entrance to the community refused to let me in when I first arrived. He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure. The hotel was aware I would have a rental car when I arrived. A card is also required to have the lights and AC on while in the unit. “Nous avions besoin d'un condo 2 chambres pour une nuit. Le site est très bien, propre, avec beaucoup de services à proximité ainsi que la plage. Le déjeuner compris est un plus qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le condo est par contre un peu défraichi, quoique très propre et calme. Pour une nuit, c'était parfait, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport, dans Bavaro.”

About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. “Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience ”

“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,……
