The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. “Nice room. Roku tv. Good internet. King size bed was a tad soft for my taste but comfy. Had a partial ocean view. Nice pool with hot tub and sauna. Gym had a lot of equipment. Beautiful lobby with coffee shop. Rockland is walkable from hotel. Lots of good food. We took ferry to Vinal Island for a day trip. Only 15 dollars round trip. We stayed in early march so was off season. I recomend this hotel.”

“Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. ”

“Road noise, even with ear plugs, was a lot. Did not like having thermostat control. Host was responsive to remote temperature change request. The curtains and lack of curtains allow in too much light from passing cars and the sun. The bed was smaller than I expected. However it was mentioned in the description. The home itself was very beautiful and cozy. Nice view. Loved the books and board games available in the home. You can tell the host takes pride in their property. ”
