“Management was pretty good at providing me with additional towels when needed, and I appreciated the availability and use of the treadmill in the fitness center. Well, I appreciated the amenities of a swimming pool and small breakfast options, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the overall fitness center that I used, as well as my hotel room. There was brown mold around the upper edge of the tile in the shower, there were things splattered on the wall that had not been removed and……

“This was the worst stay of my life. The bathroom door didn't close properly. At night, after sleeping, their refrigerator leaked filling the entire room floor with water. Their hotel site on Expedia mentioned about breakfast being included but there wasn't any. Expedia did not really apologise or process any Customer Happiness refund for this situation at all. “The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The ice machine on the first floor was broken, had to go to the second floor in the far back corner to get ice. That’s the only problem I noticed.”
