“Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy ”

“We were "Very Happy" with our choice to stay at this hotel after a 13 hour drive from Southwest Florida. Our room was very clean, updated, a very comfortable bed, and perfect room temperature. It was set at a perfect sleeping temperature. The bath room towels were all fluffy and seemed very new, which we don't always see in hotel rooms. We didn't have to adjust the AC at all. We slept well because it was far enough from the highway traffic noise. The breakfast was a nice choice of items. I……

“Overall, the place was nice, but the light switch situation in the rooms doesn’t make sense at all. Bedside lamps should be controlled at the bedside. Also, the water pressure in the showers was garbage.”

“The bed seemed clean, but that’s about it. There were stains on the furniture and the walls, the room door looked like it had been through a war, and the tub looked dingy. I could hear everything happening in the rooms next to me, along with in the parking lot, due to thin walls. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe and did not sleep well, so I absorbed the cost of the non-refundable rate and went somewhere else for the rest of my stay.”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……
