“Close enough to downtown where it’s a short uber ride but far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with noisy downtown rowdy people. Loved that the space was on the bottom floor. Hated how the upstairs was really noisy. But that was my only complaint. The vrbo was spacious, clean, and a great location. Disclaimer!! Don’t leave without memorizing the door passcode!!! It locks behind you. We got locked out! Thankfully my husband had his phone so we could contact the vrbo host! They responded……

“Let me first start with the positive -and there a lot of positives! The apt was clean, cozy and comfortable. Bed was great, couch was comfy, and there was plenty of storage space. AC worked great and ceiling fan in bedroom was nice. Dog amenities were very thoughtful though i had brought my own [feeding dishes, dog towels, rubber mat for dog dishes - nice touches!].The location was really the tough part for me. It’s in a converted office park. There was really no place to walk the dog other than……

“We had to book a last minute VRBO to survive ICE STORM 2026! We’re very grateful to the host for letting us book and check in early to help us out…I can’t say enough how much it helped us! The condo is clean, pet friendly, close to downtown and other areas of Nashville. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen has it all! ”

“Was pretty bare bones with amenities.Also, didn’t like having the door basically face the street. But surprisingly no one bothered us.”
