“This was the worst stay of my life. The bathroom door didn't close properly. At night, after sleeping, their refrigerator leaked filling the entire room floor with water. Their hotel site on Expedia mentioned about breakfast being included but there wasn't any. Expedia did not really apologise or process any Customer Happiness refund for this situation at all. The hotel managers and employees were extremely rude and non-cooperative. They didn't acknowledge their service fault at all and we're……

“Management was pretty good at providing me with additional towels when needed, and I appreciated the availability and use of the treadmill in the fitness center. Well, I appreciated the amenities of a swimming pool and small breakfast options, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the overall fitness center that I used, as well as my hotel room. There was brown mold around the upper edge of the tile in the shower, there were things splattered on the wall that had not been removed and……

“We asked for a non smoking room and when we entered the whole room smelt of pot and cigarette smoke. The pillow cases and bed comforters were covered in cigarette burns and when asked about it we were basically told that they had no orher rooms and that the maids were old and must of put burnt bedding on.
