Instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the room, management refused to issue a full refund. To make matters worse, they told us we would have to pay a $250 fee because we had a third cat stay with us for one night. Even if we paid that fee, they said we would only receive 50% of the cost of one night’s stay back—even though……
