“This was an independent maw and paw motel, and I do appreciate folks who try to make a living this way. The entry and exit clerk were very nice although you could not get inside the lobby, having to deal with them through a window like at a Kroger gas station. The bed was firm, but I was able to sleep OK. The air conditioner was quiet, however, the locals enjoyed making excessive noise with their hopped up vehicles which frequently woke me up. (Not the motels fault, but due to its location.) No……

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“It you want a clean place and quick on and off exit. I'd recommend it. Not fancy but quiet and comfortable.”
