“We have stayed here before. It’s clean and comfortable as usual. When we walked in though, the lobby was quite run down looking. It might be time to freshen up a bit. Otherwise a good stay.”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet enough to sleep. We have stayed here before and it always seemed a bit tired, but it looks like they have been doing some upgrades and it’s pretty nice now. We will stay here again the next time we pass thru”

“Staff was friendly and hotel well taken care of and decorated.”

“Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.”

“Stayed here for over a week. Rayanne and Bryson are the best. They both have excellent customer service skills. One thing I do need to say about my stay there it was ridiculous to pay 3k for a week stay during a game weekend. Customer who stay here need to be asked if they're there for the game or for work. Dont charge them for outrageous rates when there just staying for work reasons. Charge the ones who are there for a game. Breakfast here was great do need to make a different choice in OJ.……

“The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!”
