“No coffee available in room or in breakfast area at 8:00am. They refused to make any. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had NOTHING except bagels (again no coffee). Air conditioning would not cool sufficiently. Couldn’t get it below 75 degrees. Beds were good and firm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly.”

“Hi, I didn't like that there was no full length mirror in the room. The toilets are very low. Apparently, there was no accessibility room with bars for the toilet area, I was told.
