Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms.

Great location in the heart of Munich. The room was a bit problematic, no elevator so always you have to climb up 1 floor. Rooms have no real windows just 2 windows at the top at 2-3meters hight. Shower has no door so you have to turn off the A/c
