Located in the Summerwind West Resort! This stunning, luxurious 3 bedroom and 3 bath Condo provides amazing 15th floor views of the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, longest fishing Pier right below the balcony on the Gulf of Mexico, and sun kissed sky views! The Summerwind West Resort is right on the beach! Parking available outdoors in the main parking area. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER CONDO. The balcony provides spectacular views from east to west. Ideal location to view the sunrise in the morning and the magnificent sunset in the evenings! For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you'll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit. Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more! The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo. Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo. BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Master Bedroom: King bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) (sleeps 2) Pull out sofa (queen) (Located in Living Room) (sleeps 2) Resort amenities include a well equipped workout facility, three (3) pools, one of which is a heated pool, three (3) heated hot tubs, and outdoor grills. We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. Summerwind West is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance. \*\*This complex does utilize outside security cameras. Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida! Our goal is to provide you with one of the most delightful, extremely clean, and enjoyable vacation condos you will find. We are confident that you will make memories here that will last a lifetime. DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800. If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out. If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly. Cancellation Policy for Condos: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival. \*ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE.
