“Beautiful location! Couldn't ask for a better location on the beach and super easy access to Pensacola beaches and Destin. The unit needs some love. The master bedroom needs a new mattress as well as the secondary bedroom. We would absolutely stay in this unit again IF the mattresses were replaced. Otherwise, will have to find a different unit. Avari Management will need to discuss with owners of unit if they want repeat visitors.”

“This property was adorable! Loved the decor, so colorful and beachy. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the wildness of the gulf or the calm serene of the sound. “everything was fine other than the unacceptable hot water heater. Literally not more than two people could shower and when they showered, it was only lukewarm water. On the last day of the trip, I tried to take a bath two hours after everyone else had showered, and I still was only able to get 4 inches of lukewarm water before it got freezing cold.
