This remodeled condo is located in Emerald Isle, a beachfront complex located on beautiful Okaloosa Island. This unit boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, multi-shower head shower, master bedroom w/king bed, a private bunk room and plush pullout queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Our ground floor location and free reserved parking spot right outside the front door makes loading and unloading the car a breeze!

Relax on the white sugar sand beach right out in front of the complex and enjoy the turquoise water which has become the hallmark of the Emerald Coast. Take a dip in the oceanside pool, play a couple sets of tennis, or go for a run on the beach. After a long day, fire up one of the poolside grills and throw a steak on the charcoal.

Beach service is available but not included. We do provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler that you’re welcome to use during your stay.

If you have kids, they will enjoy the Gulfarium, putt-putt golf or fishing from the pier within a couple miles of your front door. There's something for everyone here at Emerald Isle.

PLEASE NOTE - This unit does NOT offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only 73 steps to the pool and beach entrance!

The entire Emerald Isle complex underwent a $4 million renovation in 2016 and is one of the premier locations on Okaloosa Island. The nightlife of Destin is only a short 6 mile drive away and then come back to the quiet seclusion of Okaloosa Island at the end of a long evening.

We had a really awesome week staying at this vacation condo. There were so many little 'special' touches, like beach umbrella, beach toys, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We didn't realize that we didn't have a beach view from our room and almost cancelled when we realized it. In hindsight, we're so glad we kept the reservation. The host was extremely easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to return and rent this unit again. The location was fantastic and fortunately we had a perfect week of good weather to enjoy the beach and pool.

It was in a great location, the only problem we had was there was blood on the bedding, which had clearly not been washed. The cleaner came back to redo the bed so that was nice and we were refunded for the first night which I appreciate. The smaller issues were the floor had clearly not been cleaned well, there was stuff on the walls in the kitchen and living room. I wiped the wall off in the kitchen because it was too gross to look at and left what was in the living room. It also had no dishwasher pods but we were asked to run the dishwasher before we left which makes me wonder if the dishes in the cabinet had even been washed with soap. There was barely any dawn dish soap left as well. Overall it wasn’t terrible but we definitely did not want to just hangout in the room. The owners are very nice, I didn’t want to bother them with all the problems but I do feel they should know so they can get different cleaners or they can start paying attention to detail.

The property is beautiful, space is decorated nicely, contains all the comforts of home, the only drawback is that you don’t have the view of the ocean but you’re only a few steps away I would definitely recommend staying at this property. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and we do it again

Excellent Location!
Location: Ideally situated on Okaloosa island, this unit is very friendly for small families. The beaches--both sand and water--are gorgeous! There is less traffic/congestion than nearby Destin, but also within a short drive to the entertainment options in Destin. Accommodations: The unit is outfitted with tasteful furnishings, and aptly stocked with serving wares. We found most of our needs met across the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi worked well. There are TVs with Cox cable in both, the living room and bedroom. The unit is a ground floor end unit. While there isn't much of a view to speak of, the property is oceanfront, and we heard no noise from the shared wall and ceiling above. Ease of Use: The unit has an electronic lock, which provided ease of use throughout the stay. No check-in at an office, which is great. VRBO sent check-in info a day or two in advance. The hosts were very responsive with questions as well, like what kind of coffee maker the unit has (both Keurig and pot by the way).

We loved our time at Emerald Isle the past 10 days!! The unit was just as described and perfect for our needs. Fully equipped kitchen and close to many activities. The weather was a bit cool, but we loved our walks on the beautiful white beach regardless!!

Perfect Place for Girls' Trip
This condo was PERFECT for our July 2023 Girls' Beach Trip! From our initial contact thru our entire stay, the hosts were lightening-fast responsive and helpful with the questions we had and a couple hiccups (totally out of their control) that needed to be addressed. The inside of the condo was exactly as pictured on the website and has everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is completely outfitted to cook your own meals. The hosts also offer a sizable list of restaurants they recommend. The bed was super comfortable! It was really convenient to use the provided beach chairs....and the beach really is less than 100 steps away! We would definitely recommend staying in this unit...Ben and Taylor will take care of you well.

Lovely place
Very clean and even though they live in the unit none of there things are in your way at all. Love that there is a pool and it is right on the ocean so it’s just a short walk. The manager is very nice and super easy to contact if needed and checked in to make sure things were good several times. Would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Florida.

Emerald Isle condo
We had a great time! The condo was sufficient for our needs. Access was easy & convenient. Condo decor was charming. The only thing negative was the Keurig was broken & I only brought Keurig pods so I had to cut them open & use several in the traditional coffee pot but that was just a minor inconvenience. It was great being able to use the owners beach chairs & umbrella. The location was central to a lot of attractions. Overall I rate this condo 5 stars!

Beautiful Beach
Although this property was small and just big enough for our family of 5 (two being teens) it is on the bottom floor with a parking space right outside the door and that made it nice. No view of the beach, but just steps from the pool and beach made it worth it. Just FYI… parking is VERY tight so if you have a large vehicle be prepared.

Perfect little beach condo
Condo was amazing. It’s all you need! It’s extremely homey. The bunk beds are tucked away and my kids loved it!!! It has everything you need in the kitchen BUT I must say my favorite part was the not one but 3 shower heads!!! The rain fall shower head was a nice touch. I lost my email for the code on the door, Ben and Taylor were both so nice and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again.

Owners of the condo were helpful and provided everything for a family with small children. Parking lot is tight especially if you have a large vehicle. Pool was small for the amount of people staying in condos. Location was good.

Loved this property. Being on the bottom level was awesome. No stairs, no elevator. No long hallway. Parking right in front of building reserved for you. Very clean, nicely decorated. The bunk room was great for the kids. Super close to the pool and beach acres but not close enough to have noise. Nothing negative to say about it!

Awesome family fun!
Our time at the Emerald Isle was great! The condo was comfortable and our kids especially loved the cute bunk house room! Ben and Taylor have thought of everything you could need at the condo. I highly recommend this property for affordable family fun. We made lots of great memories.
