“Fun place! Great location!”

“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs. Dining room table was “board game central”!Couches in living room were comfy. As we were five adults it would have been nice to……

Plus there were E-bikes/scooters everywhere and that was one of our main forms of transportation! ”

“Very nice host! Close to the Metro and RFK Field. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and provided lots of useful information. I will say this house sleeps more of 8 if you have all adults but for us that was a minor thing as most of us weren’t there at the same time so it worked great! We plan to come back to DC next year and this definitely is going to be our first choice! Parking was no problem and plenty of it great location! ”

“The place makes you feel welcome it's clean and really close to a lot of really good places. My family and I only used the first floor and the two bedrooms upstairs. To be honest I didn't like the felling I felt when going in to the basement so we didn't used that area at all. ”
