“Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a bit firm but that’s just a preference thing. Would’ve given five stars if not for the strong air freshener scent, throughout the hallways. It was pretty overwhelming. Smells good at first. Like vanilla or cookies. But quickly becomes too much. Continental breakfast was decent. Waffles, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, fruit, bagels, yogurt and juices/coffee. We would stay again. And happily give 5 stars for fresh air.”

“Staff was great. The rooms were clean and the pool was warm. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Needs new carpet, new bed linens, the entrances need to be cleaned cigarette butts every where over all just not very clean”

“Easy for us to get around in New Castle. Ladies at the front desk are efficient.”

“Not horrible but not really very good either”

“The room was clean, but a very perfumey smell upon entering. Bathroom shows some wear and tear that could be taken care of. We did not do breakfast, but it smelled good. Parking was great. Great for a short stay and close to many restaurant choices.”
