Palaces in Pittsburgh

"Breakfast was kind of sad. Hotel staff and airport shuttle driver communication was lacking and therefore a tad confusing, but we worked it out and got where we needed fo be on time. Rooms we decent. Parking lot was about average for a busy airport hotel."

"When we arrived we were told they were sold out and wouldn't honor our reservations."

"Friendly "

"The room was very nice and clean, in fact the housekeepers were especially attentive, and friendly too! The front desk staff were not especially friendly or helpful, luckily we didn't need them much! The room was nice but needed a little updating especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the whirlpool hottub and pool. Also the king size bed was heavenly comfortable! They also had convenient parking and a lot of it!"

"Great Place"

"Rooms are clean and large size booked a king suite with a pull out bedroom. It’s a live in apartment style suite. Full kitchen cabinets and appliances nice open view to Pittsburgh city. Walking distance to everything. Full court rooftop basketball court. Con’s you have to pay for parking it’s not included in the stay even though it says include with stay. No ice machine, no pool . Work out gym but it’s open to the public like a LA fitness. Also they close the rooftop at 9pm . The main entrance is near a bus stop so it gets crowded with the city traffic for the bus stop."
