“Room had a great cross-breeze and was very clean and comfortable. We checked in over the phone due to a late connection, staff was great and helpful. Only dings were a bathroom door that wouldnt latch, and the batteries ran out on our hotel room door so we were very temporarily locked out, which panicked my autistic kid. We will definitely stay here again!”

“It was everything we needed to stay for a few days. The price was very reasonable. The on-site restaurant looks great but we only had coffee there. We didn't use the pool but it was clean. They have bicycles and beach supplies for you to use if you visit the nearby beach; it's a very cool bonus I haven't seen at other places.”

“The room was without a doubt the worst room I have ever been in. I have been fortunate enough to stayed in many hotels/motels around the USA and the world. none have been as poorly maintained as the Park Motel in Tampa Fl. We were only in the room for approximately 20 minutes before leaving and finding other accommodations. I have photos to document the condition of the room. Paint peeling off the ceiling acoustic panels in the bathroom bowed and dis-colored from rain damage rust on the……
