“The room and hotel were clean. The staff was friendly. It was my first time in madison so I booked this hotel not really knowing much about it or the area but I will definitely book again!”

“Location was great and staff was great. Everything was newly painted. However rooms need new beds and pillows. The first room we went to was very musty and damp #114. I could not have slept there. The rooms are very small. Fridge did not work either. Would not stay here again due to the bed. We got no sleep. There was a whole in mattress and I rolled into him all night.”

“One of the worst motels I’ve stayed in a long time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. They require a $50 CASH deposit which is absolutely ridiculous. They could have communicated this to us before we arrived via message on this app but instead had to go to an ATM and get cash out and eat the ATM fee. On top of that we booked a king room. She gave us our keycards and we went to the room to discover a double queen. We returned to the desk to ask……

I wasn't able to sample the breakfast because I had to leave early, but the property was clean, the desk staff was available later in the evening, and the price was very competitive with my Expedia status. What a pleasant surprise! The location was convenient and I would definitely stay here again.”
