Fantastic location, easy to walk pretty much everywhere in Niagara. The rooms were clean and quiet. Lots of parking. Didn’t use the amenities during our stay (outdoor/indoor pool) but it looked like the guests were really enjoying it. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here a number of times before and like the location when we see shows at OLG Stage because it is walking distance and I have mobility issues. The staff were great as always. I found the hallways and rooms a but musty, but we have had a very humid summer. I love that we can open the balcony door and step outside for fresh air. We actually slept with the door open because it was such a nice night. There has been a reduction in the number of handicapped spots to make room for VIP parking, but it is not a huge lot, so it was not much of a walk to the doors. The included breakfast is always a nice touch, but it was very busy and the variety was less this time (I missed the fruit). The pools were empty and made for a nice break after a long day. Lots of food places in walking distance, as is the casino.

Most of the staff were good, they answered our questions and were friendly. Some may have been a bit stressed from the buffet breakfast so were a bit short but understandable. Room was ok for the price we paid. The some bathroom items could have been changed as they were obviously older and stained yellow/brown (bath mat, shower head). The AC unit worked but was incredibly loud, luckily for us our toddler was so tired and just passed out without being woken up by it during the night.
