Budget choice

The best is the price. The experienced guy look annoyed and not friendly at all at check-in. Breakfast just fine with limited choices. One elevator is not enough for the whole hotel during dining hours.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The overall experience was unpleasant, mainly due to the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. One major inconvenience was that the breakfast room is located outside the main building, which was already frustrating. What made things worse was the lack of empathy from the breakfast staff. When I explained that my son was sick and unable to come down, I asked if I could take a plate for him. The staff member refused without any understanding or consideration, simply stating it was not allowed. This lack of basic courtesy and compassion made the experience feel even more negative. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

This property is quite run down with many areas in need of repair. The first place they should start is the elevator. Breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. All guests crammed into two little rooms in the basement with the employees yelling to move out of the way as they try navigate through with food refills. Plus side: Beds were clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic.

Our room was quite large, which was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable. The only issue was that to get to the breakfast. We had to go outside and back into the main entrance to be able to go to the facility where breakfast was served. It made no sense.

hotel is a prime example of a lemon! The lobby and staff looked nice and professional, but when we got to our room and saw the rest of the hotel, it was less than appealing and they change for every little thing so be cautious!! They charge extra for parking, ($25 day+HST) they have signs saying the count your towels and if any are missing your charged $10 for each one missing. Your charged $15 per night + tax for a resort fee and a $5 + tax a night for accommodation. Water damage all over. Rooms were very small bathrooms could barely fit in enough to shut the door. There is a little gap to see a bit of the falls, but not much. You’re basically looking at the rest of other hotels. No microwave in room and the water in the lobby they gave to drink tastes like it came from a toilet bowl! Beds were OK for comfort, but the slightest movement can be felt throughout the entire bed. Walls are very thin. went to the desk for more towels. The lady said that she would be up in 10 minutes with fresh sets. Took about 1.5 - 2 hrs before she came up at 11:30pm. Elevator was extra slow. Only one in the building. We took the stairs a lot! Breakfast you have to check in with your room # and given you 20 minutes to eat. There are signs saying that you have a limit before you have to leave. The food was awful! The pool/hot tub was ok until we found a bandage stuck to the side. did see staff cleaning and wiping down things so that was a little assuring but that’s all I can say for positive

I personally wasn’t crazy about breakfast but they did have one and the staff were all so nice. The hot tub was nice and the pool was heated. The hotel was in a great location too. Overall, I was really pleased.
