"We chose Fallsview room, and the view was spectacular. The hotel also provides an observatory deck for customers to see the falls. If you don’t book a fall view room, you can still have access to watch the falls from the tower."

"The hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, and the facilities feel a bit dated. However, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few downsides to note: parking costs $22 CAD plus tax per night. The breakfast selection was quite limited and repetitive—the only warm options were eggs and sausages, alongside basic bread and waffles. Additionally, the breakfast area is rather small, so we had to queue up just to get in. Overall, it was an average stay, but considering the price and what was offered, the value for money was quite low."
