"Checking in was long but everything else after was great."

"Breakfast was not that good. The French toast, pancake were tasteless even you put some honey! Its better to take your breakfast outside like Denny’s or Tims! Staff in the breakfast were not warm enough in welcoming! Hot tub was great! Room was clean. Staff at the front desk were polite and welcoming!"

"We were moved to the Hilton because there was a maintenance issue with our room and they couldn't provide the falls view room I had booked. I appreciated the upgrade as I would have been very upset if I had been moved to a non falls view room. However, they could have called or texted me to let me know before I got there and parked and waited in line to check in for 15 minutes, just to have to go back to the car and drive down to the Hilton."

"( my family had 2 rooms- 4 travellers ) The rooms were clean, there was no hot water for showers. One of the rooms had no heat for 2 days, on day 2 maintenance came to put in a new unit. ( Rooms have no microwave , but there is a fridge) depending when you go , parking can be tricky. Staff were friendly. The casino is a short walk. We only ate in the hotel once TGIF ( as prices are higher)"
