I don’t like that when we reserve a hotel for overlooking viewing and they say no rooms available and the try to move us to another hotel in the ground floor. We never got overlooking room in this hotel kn any of our staying days.

Easy check in/out. Parking was easy although the fee was $40 per night its to be expected in the area. We were driving lots during our stay to the wineries and etc so the easy access by foot to parking was really nice. The room was nice and we had a nice view on the tenth floor. Not my favourite hotel in the area but pleased with my visit. :)

Hotel is outdated. Parking Fees are outrageous. Parking lots were closed for no reason. Toilet ran non stop. They don't clean your rooms unless you ask. Wifi which you pay extra for is spotty and unreliable. Only thing good was the view because we paid for a Falls View Room. If you don't then this hotel would be horrible across the board

The staff were super friendly. Offered me a free upgrade which I declined. The room was comfortable and clean. The blackout blinds didn’t black out a thing though. At 5:30 in the morning it was starting to get pretty bright in there. By 7:30 oh mercy there was light coming in from everywhere. That’s fine if you’re trying to get a full day of the Falls with your family but if you’re hungover and out until 1:30….
