Great views of falls at all times of day. Great view of nightly fireworks. Rooms are needing tended too. Seem outdated.

You won't find a hotel any closer to the falls. Our TV was in a constant state of malfunction. Our final bill was illegible. Very, Very, Very expensive - $102.00 for a buffet breakfast.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay in a Falls view room. There was some confusion as to why they had allocated a garden room but this was easily amended and staff were amazing throughout our brief stay. The room was incredible. Breakfast had everything we need including a gluten free section which my gf daughter was grateful for. A great hotel !

During our trip we requested at high floor. At checkin we were informed they have saw the request and took care of it. Our room was on the 10th floor not even half way up the building. Then we get to our room and put pur bags down just to find and dirty bathroom and menstrual blood all over the duvet. They did come immediately and change the sheet and clean a little, but could not switch room. At over $350 dollars a night, I expected more.

Everything was great. Only negative was I upgraded upon arrival to a room with a jacuzzi. Went to use it and it didn’t work. I let them know in morning and they reimbursed my parking payment ($35). I paid $100 for the upgrade. Not really fair but….
