I can't say enough about this wonderful place to stay! Friendly and efficient staff, huge rooms, great shower, a gas fireplace (!) plenty of shampoo etc-did I say the room is huge? It is so quiet and comfortable we slept so well every night. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, just steps to Clifton Hill but removed all at the same time. THANK YOU!

It is difficult to imagine a better Hotel. Everything is just about perfect down to the smallest detail. Parking area around the hotel has been paid and newly painted. Walking in that is a nice couch before you enter a lobby and couple of febreeze sprayers it smells beautiful. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant downstairs place doesn't really feel like a hotel. Instead of a long corridor with rooms on both sides it feels like a big house. Our room got a Jacuzzi so it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Can’t say enough good about this boutique hotel! Loved everything about it! Room was very clean, spacious, beautifully laid out and the staff were awesome. We had the very best experience at The Sterling. The front desk, all staff, including housekeeping ( Anna) were over the top with their kindness and caring ways. The morning free , in room breakfast was delicious too. We chose the best!

WOW! This is a beautiful ambiance boutique inn and spa…walking distance to the action street and Niagara Falls! Very quiet area of Niagara Falls with restaurants close by or an easy Uber ride anywhere. The rooms are fabulous! There’s spa music in the hallways and as you enter your fabulous room. Morning croissant and fresh press coffee brought to your room is a bonus!!! It was all just lovely 5*

The tourism industry, like all service sectors, are becoming more and more creative in imposing additional charges. We have stayed at Sterling Inn many times over the past 10 years and will continue to. It is annoying that an $18/night parking fee is added to your bill when it is likely that most, if not all patrons need this service. We love this hotel, the spacious rooms, its amenities, the restaurant, and breakfast in bed every morning. It is always impeccably clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
