Notre arrière pays et ses villages sont à quelques km avec son parc du Mercantour. Le sentier de la rivière de la Brague vous emmènera directement de la résidence au charmant village de Biot. Tout son confort et son jardin privé de plus de 1200 m2, très bien exposés, sans vis-à-vis vous garantiront votre intimité au bord de la piscine avec son jacuzzi, transats et salon de jardin, table à manger, barbecue. Parking jusqu'à 4 voitures. Un supermarché à 3km ou les commerces de Biot à proximité. Vous découvrirez un espace lumineux et complètement ouvert sur l'extérieur et ses terrasses pour cette villa de 200 m2 climatisée, séjour/salon/cuisine de 100 m2, entièrement équipée, plaques induction, réfrigérateur américain, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, Nespresso. En rez-de-jardin, une chambre (lit de 160cm), une salle de bains, une salle d'eau, toilettes, une chambre en mezzanine (lit de 180cm), dans la partie principale, une chambre (lit de 180cm) à l'étage avec sa terrasse, son dressing, toilettes et sa salle de bains privée avec bains et douche et sa grande mezzanine.
