The location is great, near the Promenade Anglaise, but set back in a nice neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops. "

"Beautiful historical hotel! Stayed there few times and always enjoyed it. Nice mountain view sunsets if you are staying in the garden facing room, and of course luxury of viewing Promenade and the sea if you take sea view room. "AC was somewhat of a mystery as it has no explicit explanation and differs from North America. This hotel is very basic in terms of toiletries (no shower cap, body lotion etc). Noise level is high due to traffic lane right outside the hotel. There were also renovations in the hotel which were distintively heard from my tiny room on 2nd floor. "
