“We have been staying at this hotel for years. It is super convenient, close to the airport, fantastic service and staff, dining options at the hotel and a great shuttle to and from the airport. “hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....”
