“The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the overall location and amenities.
However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were very dirty, with noticeable bugs and debris throughout. I did not see the pool area being cleaned or skimmed during our stay. Regular daily maintenance and skimming would have made a significant difference in the cleanliness and overall experience.

“It was a nice room. It was clean which we appreciated. However, the door lock battery needed replaced while we were there and the dryer was not drying so when we called for service, they ended up removing it from the room. The service staff were pleasant but the reception desk staff were unfriendly and inconsiderate. As nice as it appeared to be online, we were disappointed.”
