GROSS!!! We immediately packed our things and got out of there. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.”

“We had a poor experience. Our TV did not work. The shower was broken and taped with electrical tape. The toilet leaked. The rooms smelled musty. The breakfast area was dirty. This was a horrible experience.”
