“The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

“Front door of the property broken. Swimming pool closed down for supposed maintenance.Stains on the carpet, cigarette burns in the curtains. Water pressure was horrible in the shower. Staff refused to honor a noon check out instead of the regular checkout time of 11 AM. The extra hour would’ve cost me an additional $25. Make sure you check Google reviews and do not just rely on Expedia reviews. That was my mistake.”

“When my daughter and I entered Room 210 the bedsheets were soiled from feces and blood. The bed cover had numerous cuts and holes. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and there was a large amount of mold inside the bathroom. I told Rick at the front lobby who did not apologize nor offered another room as I would have to pay extra for another room. He cancelled my reservation and told me to get my refund from Expedia. I also noted a partial collapse of the roof in the lobby. After a 14……

“Rooms needed to be cleaned more. The pool and hot tube needed to be cleaned the bathrooms in the pool area were disgusting. Don't ever order from the food place for room service very over priced and didn't even test good we paid $91 for spaghetti with meatballs (only 1 meatball lol), breadsticks, manicotti and cheese rolls (bagel with cheese on top). This place was probably one of the worst places we've stayed in the last 5 years.”
