“The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

“Great place to start. The v rooms were clean, l friendly staff, a kitchenette with full size refrigerator.”

“Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. ”

“There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows. Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again. Horrible staff, horrible service. After complaining and not being addressed, had to go to another hotel. Asked for a refund, called Expedia. Expedia……

“Screaming out in the hall by other guests woke me at 330am as did noise from guests above me. Not at all sound proof between floors. The egg item at the breakfast was ice cold. I did like the newer shower features in the tub but a hand rail for an older person like me )that I have at home) would have been good.”

“Hotel staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. The only downfall was no box of Kleenex in room so had to use toilet paper to blow nose.”
