“Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.”

“We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.”

“Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place. Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they were always making sure the hotel was clean! The bar staff were very friendly and Jeremiah was the best as he visited with us for quite a while 👍👍 I highly recommend this Embassy Suites and recommend that you use Expedia to book your stay!!!!”

“I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!”

“The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and……

“When I walked into the lobby it had a really fresh and clean scent which I liked and reassured me that it wasn’t a poor pick. They also had lots of cameras even of the parking area which was reassuring. We chose a room with a spa tub. It was wonderful. I wish we had more time to use it in the morning before we left but we had to get on the road. The breakfast was good. Scrambled Eggs, sausage patties, cereal, fruit, waffles, and a host of bakery items. There were some tacky things- like……
