“Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. “We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine”

“Everything was great with the hotel. Only issues we found were the bed was kinda lumpy. We had a king bed and there was a definite hump in the middle of the bed. Also, our room had the ajoining room door and on the other side of that door were ALOT of kids that were VERY loud Saturday night. ”
