Only drawback that the staff is not on the property. If you have a problem you need to make phone calls to reach the staff. So if there was a emergency you would be out of luck. We did not stay the night and drove home to stay at home a 5 hour drive. The room was very cold when we came in and had to have someone come to check it. They had to get a remote that controls the temp which was not there when we arrived. Just east of downtown quick access to National Park, walkable but we parked downtown. Go east and back road to Gulpha Gorge Campground is peaceful spot to enjoy nature. Our room #4 was super clean and stylish, fun color combinations/design and historic photos of nearby landmarks. Toilet area is small, but doable for weekend. Rest of bathroom is wonderful, great vent, lit mirror, and tub/shower with plenty of room, full length mirror inside bathroom door. The AC worked great and kept the room cool and a ceiling fan. TV has a firestick. Liked parking directly in front of room and not paying downtown parking prices. We received door code morning of arrival and it was easy to operate. Never saw staff or needed anything, but they're a text away and supposedly quick to respond. The main road is just outside which I knew so had my white noise machine which did the trick for the late night motorcycle traffic. Overall they've done a beautiful job on the remodel of this property. There's a few tables and chairs on the patio, a great spot to hang out and a table and chair outside each room with hanging ferns. The mini fridge was roomy, we fit our Delucas pizza box inside. There's also a microwave and coffee maker we didn't use. Red Light Roastery just down the road, but only open Mon-Fri. Kollective Coffee & Tea for weekend. Golden Raised Donuts is next door. Our room was very clean with nice towels and bedding. The room is small so if you are planning on hanging out in your room a lot this may not be the place for you.
