"Very helpful staff at the front desk in the evening. Super clean room located near downtown and Oaklawn race track and casino."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always loved it, but not this time. To not have basic necessities in the room, like cream and sugar at the coffee pot, or bath soap in the dispenser is unacceptable at $200 a night. They charge for parking and breakfast, now, even though we were able to find free parking on the street. We’d love to continue staying there, because of the location. I hope things get better."

"The Arlington was a beautiful historic building. The old architecture is stunning. The grand lobby and porches are breathtaking. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The rooms are a bit out of shape but overall it is a fantastic experience! Worth every penny. We will be back."
