I stayed at this hotel for a week, and I really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect—it was very close to the Zócalo, the Mercado, and many of the city’s attractions. I loved that I could walk everywhere, which made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in a great location. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Confusion about initial deposit, they wanted to charge again. When paying the terminal gave option of pesos or dollars, tried 3 times for the dollar charge and system did not accept, when payment went through in pesos, it was 40+ more than originally quoted in dollar amount in terminal. Bathroom clogged got schooled by the front desk and was told not to used toilet paper. Used it again, and still clogged without t paper. I’m glad they left the plunger
