"The location is great, just a street over to the beach and boardwalk. Craving for a funnel cake or a drink? It’s just right around the corner. Very convenient parking since he owns 2 private parking lots. The condo has a nice touch of being home. High speed internet for some last minute work while kids stream movies on the smart TV. "The place is spacious with a nice bright beach theme. But wished they had better mattresses. The beds and pillows have poor support. In addition, the upstairs gets minimal circulation with the AC. Thank goodness there are extra fans in the guest rooms, this helped a lot. Everything else was nice. We also appreciated the extra towels and the convenient access to plenty of attractions in walking distance. As you know, the property does not provide a pool. Please know, that within walking...

"Check in was easy and the host was responsive to any questions. They also gave us great information about local amenities, provided parking permits for Rehoboth and had beach chairs and umbrella that we were welcomed to. Wi-fi access was great. The home itself is beautifully decorated and clean. Our dogs LOVED the fenced in yard. And the patio and screened in porch are lovely! If you plan to cook and depends on what you cook, the kitchen is a bit limited so plan ahead but it has all the basics...

"Very nice stay. Very clean. A few minor things the owner could not know about if I didn’t tell them. Prompt attention from the owners. Would recommend to anyone. Had one major issue and the owners were prompt and efficient. Not anything they did just a freak issue that came up. Definitely stay here the place will not disappoint "
