The bedroom has a view of a greenbelt with flowing stream, lush landscaping etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new major appliances, granite counters, and includes a microwave oven, blender, toaster, waffle iron, coffee maker etc. It also has a reverse osmosis unit to filter the drinking water and the ice cubes in the refrigerator. The bedroom has a king-sized bed for a great nights sleep. We have 2 smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We have wireless internet access. Linens including sheets, blankets, towels etc. are provided. We have beach chairs and beach towels available for your use. You can enjoy watching the sun go down over the ocean from the patio while BBQing your dinner or if you prefer you can just sip a glass of wine while enjoying the evening sky and watching the many birds in the adjacent lagoon. This is a great romantic getaway for 2. Amenities: North Coast Village is a beautifully maintained luxury condo complex right on a long, wide, clean sandy beach. The resort is on 12 acres and includes 2 large swimming pools, rock grotto spa, men's and women's saunas, pool tables, ping pong table, a complete exercise room with a variety of work out machines, grounds with lush tropical landscaping with a waterfall and streams, koi pond, underground parking, and a 24 hour security staff. Within walking distance are restaurants, a movie theater and miscellaneous shops in the village. Adjacent to the north is the Oceanside harbor with a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee houses, along with boats for hire for deep sea fishing or whale watching, and jet ski rentals, etc. Within a one half hour drive is the famous Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and Sea World. Area: This unit is a bungalow unit which has its own individual entrance. You do not have to go down a hall for access. We enjoyed eight days in this condo - the beach was at our fingertips and sunsets were viewed from the deck of the condo as well as the beach. The Oceanside Pier is just over a half mile walk along the beach. Restaurants and the marina are a short walk in the opposite direction. Another plus for us was the fact that we were just a few minutes from the Main Gate of Camp Pendleton and we were able to spend time with our son who is stationed there. We walked to the beach and into downtown when we felt like a meal out in a restaurant. The condo was set in lush, beautifully maintained surroundings. Although it is one unit in a larger complex, this unit is located on the beach end and was very private and quiet. Beach chairs and other accessories were provided for our use. Within a mile or so there are several restaurants, a walmart, and a pleasant little harbor and pier. The condo itself has everything you would need for a week away. Its also conveniently located next to I-5 which we took to just about everywhere we could not walk to. The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We stayed right about a week at Don and Jeanne's property and it was great! The check in process with Don with quick and easy. The resort is beautiful, extremely well kept and right on the beach. The unit itself was clean, cozy and comfortable. Don had some snacks for us in the unit which was so kind, because since we drove there straight from the airport. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We made sure to be out there every night for the sunset. The neighbors are quiet but nice. We spoke to a few along the walkways, the laundry room and the pool and everyone was so friendly. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Oceanside. We eat in most of the time due to food allergies, and found the kitchen well stocked with necessary cookware. Refrigerator is also large enough for a full grocery order.
