"Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The front lobby could do with a little upgrading to live up to the hotel’s “prestigious” name. That said, my room was immaculate & beautiful!! I am very particular, some say highly critical about hotel rooms yet I thoroughly enjoyed my time, felt very comfortable & pampered. The location is also great. I’ll absolutely be back!"

"Front desk staff were great, super friendly and helpful. Room was really outdated and not that clean, coffee maker was incredibly dirty, bathroom was gross and shower / bath didnt drain. But property was great location and good value."

"Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. "

"Polite staff when we checked in. Clean room. We staked two night. Nobody cleaned our room during our stay. Stayed at the 4 points last time. It was a lot nicer. "

"Stayed a few nights. Great value. However, this place has seen better days. Once was a top place. Pub is closed, beer store was almost empty (stock), everything is old and dated. Location is great and the room was satisfactory for getting some rest."
