“The hotel is very close to all the historical sites in Springfield. The room was small and needed updating, but the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful in making dining recommendations. The parking garage had very low ceilings, so it was a bit concerning if our car luggage top would hit the ceiling. We stayed for one night, so it was very manageable. Hopefully, they will consider remodeling because it is a great location.”

“Liked adequate handicapped parking, helpful check in associate, grab bars in tub/shower, spacious room, plenty of AC outlets, room to open suitcases, fridge & microwave in room. Dislike lack of any really good water pressure and slippery tub flooring (was later informed at check out that I could have requested a floor mat, which they have a limited number of), and, I disliked noisy neighbors (and their walls are thin). When I called the front desk to tell them about this, the noise continued……
