“We were visiting family for a graduation and didn't want to be in a hotel. This house was the perfect alternative. It sits on a quiet street in an adorable neighborhood. Nearby is a grocery story and a cafe for a quick walk to breakfast. The house itself is well appointed and spacious. It easily accommodated our group. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your stay. We were really impressed by the outdoor space (back yard and front porch).……

“Overall it was a wonderful stay and accommodating to all the guests. House was clean. Only complaint would be that we had some issues getting door to lock and also there was a very limited selection of pots/pans and utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.”

“We had a wonderful extended stay at this house. It's very clean. The updates are nice. The neighborhood is wonderful, it's so quiet and pleasant, but convenient to shops, restaurants and the university. Great help from the friendly manager who is easy to contact.”

“Highly recommend! Nice, clean modern studio suite. Large smart TV, comfortable bed, nice sitting area with small couch. Frig, stovetop, microwave & washer/dryer. Great bakery/coffee shop on 1st floor & Einstein Bageks across the street. Included parking too. You just need to bring a blow dryer and if you are going to check in after 5 PM, you need to call the front desk and ask them to leave your key in the lock box, which we did and was super easy.”

The surroundings and location seemed newly established with access to food, healthcare shopping and even a convenient store/gas. Also not far from shopping and the UIUC FB Stadium! Overall A+ for me and I’m hard to please! ”
