This is a very new, very nice hotel in Osaka. The room was lovely and offered everything I needed, with extra amenities in the main lobby. My only complaint is the lack of English spoken by most staff, however I wouldn’t reduce my rating based on the fact I’m traveling in Japan, and that’s to be expected in some places. Even with limited English skills, staff worked to accommodate me while I stayed and were genuinely helpful. I would appreciate more options at the bar/restaurant but they did offer free *good* coffee and tea, which was an added bonus. In addition, it’s literally right on a subway line in Kitahama that connects you to the whole city. Overall, a great place to stay if you appreciate location and a new hotel.
