"There was no hot water for a shower, the heat had a smell to it that made my son nauseous, and the room lacked basic hotel ammenities, such as a mini fridge and microwave. My son and I both became ill after eating in the restaurant and had to return home before doing anything we had gone there to do, and we had to cancel our next destination as well. The food tasted good, and was not overly cooked. However, it had a lot of strong seasoning that made me wonder if it may have been MSG or another type of food borne illness. My son and I ate different things, but the seasoning may When I mentioned to the front desk that my son and I both became ill after eating in the hotel restaurant, the employee did not seem at all empathetic. It was very disappointing to have to end our trip early before enjoying the reasons we were there to begin with."

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"
