"This is my second time staying at this same hotel in 2025. Its nicely decorated, breakfast is nice, room is nice, staff is v helpful. Only hiccup is its distance from Paddington station is slightly further than expected. Stepfree path to the Elizabeth line is an at least 15mins walk."

"I am so impressed by the service of tge staff. They are all super helpful. The place is nice though tge room is a bit small. What else can you expect with such reasonable price in the centre of London. We will definitely come back in our next stay."

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
