AC wasn’t cool enough but it wasn’t too hot in the room either since you can leave the balcony doors open - and it gets cold at night. The service was excellent - Alin the manager even picked us up from where we parked our car since we’re not familiar with the place. The hotel is actually great!! Very clean and they keep it up everyday even if you don't request for it. It’s walking distance to everything and right in the corner is Quattro Canti. Loved the proximity of this hotel to everything - if you get tired, you can take a quick nap and go out again later in the day.

The breakfast menu was outstanding and the food was all very fresh and delivered to our room. Communication with Alyn was also excellent. The balcony overlooked the Quattro Canti square and was fun to listen to the excellent street performers including opera singers. Lots of shops and restaurants wet close by. We enjoyed our four day stay.

Location was ideal, a few steps from Via Victorio Emanuelle.I had to leave early in the morning so I did not have complimentary breakfast, but the menu was extensive. The room was comfortable and well lit, the bathroom was large, the hotel manager Alin was attentive and responsive. The only negative for me was that my room was on the third floor walk up with steep stairs.

Chambre propre . Bon petit déjeûner au choix qui peut être servi à la chambre ou dans l’aire commune. Accueil chaleureux et personnel sympatique.Très bien situé dans secteur historique. On peut marcher pour aller dans tous les principaux points d’intérêt.Le seul enjeu est le bruit qui provient de la rue principale . Vu la localisation très centrale, Il y a des soirées tranquilles mais il peut avoir des soirées très bruyantes ( samedi)avec des gens qui dansent et mettent de la musique forte dans la rue. Les bruits s’arrêtent par contre à minuit .

A great b&b, central location but neatly tucked aw

Great overnight stay, the place was so well and centrally located. Bit of a climb, but the comfort and facilities definitely did it justice ! Breakfast was amazing, great selection, good quality - we had it by our balcony which was a great way to spend the last day in the amazing city of Palermo !

Ik wist niet dat er een spa was! Stom! Airconditioning niet nodig! Zeer mooie kamer! Alleen soms een lawaai van buizen op de buitenmuur! Soms storend tijdens de nacht!
