“Near highway. Inexpensive.”

“I reserved this house specifically because of the jacuzzi listed- both in the title and also in the home description. Upon arrival, I realized that the Jacuzzi was empty, I texted to find out why it was unavailable. I was advised that it hadn’t been working for a long time and they were not sure why the listing still showed it as part of one of the features (as they thought the listing had been updated). I asked if they would consider giving me a partial refund since that was the primary reason……

“This was the second visit to Beatriz home for my husband and I. Last year we were fortunate enough to stay for 4 weeks this year we stayed for 3. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There were surprises this year, new beach chairs, towels, couches 😀. Looking forward to next year. Thanks Beatriz”

“The room was cleaned late, and housekeeping staff could be heard having personal conversations in the hallway while I was trying to sleep. It was disappointing that they were not more mindful of noise levels and guest comfort. Additionally, the room had not been made up when I returned, which left a poor first impression. Breakfast was not included, and the offerings that were available did not appear particularly appetizing. Overall, it was an acceptable place to stay, but it did not meet the……

“Host was very responsive & welcoming, the home was as depicted, the pool was clean and well cared for. We appreciated the stocked kitchen (including coffee!), full bottles of shampoo & body wash, soft towels and sheets. It was convenient and quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.”
