“Very cozy and in a great location for what we needed. The clubhouse pool was perfect for us and not busy, but we met some sweet people there. The first pic does make it look like that is the pool in the listing but it’s not-however, you can still go to the PGA restaurant and use it. It does catch your attention but not exactly what you will have full access to. The beach passes were excellent and amazing and just 20 mins away!!! The negatives-cleaning certainly was lacking in corners and……

“Das Singer Island Inn ist sehr schön gelegen. Es sind nur drei Minuten Fußweg zum bewachten Strand. Allgemein ist die Gegend sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und kleiner Küchenzeile, offen aber etwas separiert. Das Bad hatte eine Schiebetür, die schlecht zu schließen war. An einige Apartments grenzt der Paddle Tennis Platz, wo morgens schon früh gespielt wird. Wir waren früh wach, aber manch einen mag das stören. Waschmaschine und Trockner gibt es……

“The room was adorable and so cozy. Check in was easy, it’s on a separate property but it’s walking distance. 2 doors down maybe. We stayed on a Friday night and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. It is a 1 minute or less walk/bike ride to the river so on top of being in a cute little nook, there was plenty of bike riding, walking, hiking for us to do. I normally stay at chain hotels, and I am miserable EVERY time. However, the only complaint I have here is the batteries in the remote……

“The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.”

“This was the perfect house in a quiet neighborhood. John and Stephanie were wonderful and very up front and communicative during our visit!”

“We had a wedding and needed a rental on short notice. The location was perfect. 10 minutes from the wedding.. 5 minutes from the reception.. 10 minutes from after party! Very clean and accurately described. My only negative is the tv in the room with a bathroom wouldn’t connect to the WiFi for some reason but the others worked fine. Would stay there again in the future!”

“The place was just perfect for me and my dad to grab some sleep before departing for cruise. The host were absolutely amazing. I got turned around and lost and they got me through. It was just great cause I was traveling with my 81 year-old dad and it was late when we got there. The area was very nice. There were people jogging at night and walking their dogs. Plus, it was a very short ride from there to the port would highly recommend and definitely will stay again”

“This property was fantastic from start to finish. In the past we’ve been burned on so many stays like this. It was so nice to not be let down upon arrival. Staff was prompt in answering questions and with communication. Place was pristine, spacious, all beds & bathrooms were clean & comfortable. They have beach chairs, beach towels, everything has been thought of and curated for your convenience. Can’t rate them highly enough & the walk to the beach was a breeze. They even provide a book of……

“The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests.”

“This was our second year in a row staying at one of these amazing paradise homes. Everything from the reservations process to the checking out was flawless. Xanadu is a huge move that offered enough privates rooms for our 6 adult children and their spouses and our 3 grandchildren. There were more activities available than we had time to enjoy. Absolutely any and all necessities a family will need while on vacation has been thought of and provided. This is the best stocked property we have ever……

“My wife and I and our Havapoo Snoop enjoyed this "hidden gem". The host Ferney and Geovanna did and outstanding job making sure the accommodations fit our needs. It’s no wonderful why they have earned the "Super Host" title. Ferney recommended a nice live music restaurant (Cafe Centro) that played jazz which is located less than a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The next time we visit the area, we will definitely be staying here if it is available.”
