Inside the main living room has seating, a TV and views out to the pool and mountains. The second living area has seating, TV and a fireplace. The stunning kitchen has high end appliances, a huge island and extra large fridge. The dining area has seating for 8 and there are 3 more seats at the kitchen bar.

Downstairs has four of the guest bedrooms. The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the side yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub with doors leading out to the hot tub, as well as two of everything - dual showers, toilets, sinks and walk in closets.

Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with tub and handheld shower. Beautiful views of the mountains and city lights below. Private doors to the front lawn with a bistro table for morning coffee. The fireplace is decorative only and not operational.

Suite 3 has a Queen bed, mountain views to the front and en suite bathroom with shower. This bathroom also can be accessed from the hall for other guest use.

Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom, a Twin on the top, and a Twin trundle bed. It also has private doors to the pool. A fourth full bathroom is directly off the laundry room.

Two more Guest Rooms are upstairs. Suite 5 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. It has a private balcony with lounge seating and views over the pool and mountains. It also has a door to the front balcony with city and mountain views.

Suite 6 has a Queen bed, en suite bathroom with tub/shower and a balcony with views of the twinkling lights of Palm Desert below.
