“The property staff-security guards, building manager, tiki bar staff-everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful! The condo was very clean, well stocked, the view was incredible from the 8th floor. Check in and check out process was very easy! We loved the condo and will definitely be back again! The swimming pool was very enjoyable as well! The beach was not too overcrowded and there was plenty of space out on the beach area! We loved it.”

“Beautiful clean and fun place to be. Hope to come back for years to come.”

“Place was dirty when we got there, was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was leaking all over the house leaving puddles all over the place. Not one day did we have hot water, we showered and did everything in COLD water for a WEEK. The pictures seem to be taken a while ago because they are not the same then in person. Mold in the shower doors rotting etc. nice location though loved the building just not this specific one. Many problems with no solution”

“A small dresser would be nice to put away your clothes. We didn’t see a instruction booklet for all the remotes.”

“Where do I start?!!! The entire experience from finding the place to having help with anything was a nightmare. Construction, chaos, everyone that works there acts like you’re an inconvenience and would rather play on their phone or talk on their personal phone. The atmosphere was very young and a certain demagraphic that had zero respect for human decency and the entire facility was disgusting! I could go on but I really don’t want to relive the nightmare!”

“Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Even for the one night it was perfect. Great location and beautiful beach view.”

“Great little place to stay and the views were nice!”

“Great place to stay with excellent views and easy access to area attractions.”

“Room was clean and had great views. Pool was great except they are a little strict with the littles. If there was one big complaint( which shouldn’t be a deal breaker)is that the elevators were slow and a little warm.”

“This was my first ever booking on Vrbo and it was amazing! The room was nice and the view of the pool and ocean was great! The host is great at responding to messages and is super friendly.”

“Nothing beats the location of this property! Plus, the host (Tom) was incredibly communicative. Overall great stay in 30A.”

“We loved our stay! It was clean and very well stocked with all kitchen essentials! The beach view was wonderful! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Close to restaurants and Wal-Mart. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean and we had everything we needed. It was a last minute rental for a basketball tournament. The view from the hot tub was great. Access to the beach was easy. The VRBO search changed my number of people from 4 to 2 somehow. The rental was listed as sleeps 4, so it worked out okay. However, it seemed to confuse the host. The hosts were accommodating to this, but just wanted to mention this because all hosts may not be accommodating.”

“Had an incredible time. It was the perfect place to stay with my family.”

“Everything was as expected! Great place! The only thing I which we could change - to stay a bit longer on check out day then till 10am as our flight was afternoon.”

“The property was perfect for us! We couldn’t have asked for a better room! Check in and check out was smooth. We hardly had to wait for an elevator. The walk to the beach was easy. We will be back!”
