“The property was charming and the room was nice. I never saw any staff. Rather like a “Waymo” hotel experience.,I was informed that there would be fresh brewed coffee available at 8:00 AM on Sat AM but no mention of any breakfast either morning. It confused me as the property is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast. It would also be nice to have more than a sliver of soap for the shower. The instructions ( by text) for entry were timely and everything worked as indicated. The bed was incredibly……

“The hotel was very clean and the room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Very happy with our stay. We come to Gardner often to visit family and will be staying here from now on.”

“We stayed there twice now first time was good everything was clean breakfast was descent but this time we found bed bugs in the room I got lots of bites that won't stop itching and my left foot swelled up from them not a good experience will not stay here again we found alot of bed bug fieces under the mattress covers found live bed bugs took them to the front desk and showed them they was going to refund my money but went through Expedia”
