Handy for Gare de Lyon, plenty of eateries nearby. Reasonable choice of chilled options on the buffet. Having to hand in keys every time we went out wasn’t convenient as when there was only one member of staff on reception we had to wait each time we came back. Kettle and cups provided but no tea or coffee but there are handy shops very close with long hours. Room cramped and very hot and no air conditioning.

Location is ok. Staff at reception speak English which is a plus and there is 24hour reception. What i didn't like is we cancelled a buffet breakfast for 2 which was paid in advance, we were told at reception that our payment will be refunded, they never did which is very disappointing as it was not cheap :(

This place was perfect. I saw some reviews advising against this hotel but it was literally perfect. The rooms size, the beds were amazing the staff was so helpful and friendly as well

The room was extremely small. We had to climb over our luggage to get to the door. There was no place to put two pieces of luggage. The bathroom sink was tucked under a shelf, so you couldn't easily brush your teeth without getting the floor wet. The elevator took forever, and the stairs were dangerous, hard to see in the dark. We paid a lot and were very cramped.

The man at reception was lovely. The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood and convenient location with great transport options. The only two downsides were that we couldn’t park there onsite and that the bathroom sink was a bit small to use.

Check in was very slow. After this the elevator could hardly fit two people with luggsge. We got to the room which was too hot with no air conditioning. As someone who is 6 foot 4 i found thr bed a bit small and the shower wss also on the smsll side. There aldo seemed to be a pigeon problem with the amount of house from them starting very early. On the plus dide of the stay tye room and hotel eas clean.

This hotel is a gem. Extremely clean and room was well maintained. Room was small - but remember you are in Paris. Front desk staff helpful. Shera (I hope this spelling is correctly) was above and beyond in terms of helpfulness at all times. I felt like I was coming home to see her when I returned to hotel. When the ATM "ate" my bank card she handled calling the bank and arranging for retrieval. Other staff helpful with directions. The only downside we could find was the surrounding area. Was difficult to find cafes and restaurants in area. Hence, Uber!
