“We booked Landhotel Gut Wildberg because it advertised a spa with saunas, wellness treatments, a swimming pool, and a children's pool. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. After a 6-hour drive, the last 3 km were on broken roads with a 30 km/h limit. The hotel looked more like an old barn than a wellness hotel. Check-in was rushed, with little information. Our room was in a barn-like building with narrow stairs and no elevator. When we asked about the sauna, reception was……
